RULES OF PLAY

The game involves the purchase of a virtual stub raffle ticket via an electronic raffle system (ERS) approved by the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO) and operated by charitable gaming supplier RaffleBox Technologies Inc.

The draws are conducted using an electronic raffle system (ERS) approved by the AGCO and provided by RaffleBox Technologies Inc. The winning tickets are determined by a random number generator software integral to the ERS. A neutral third party (that is, a person who has not purchased a ticket) will initiate the draw sequence using the ERS dashboard.

Tickets prices are 1 for $20, 2 for $35, 3 for $50, and 8 for $100.

Tickets are eligible for all draws remaining at the time of the ticket purchase. The ticket purchase receipt is also the official raffle ticket.

The prize board value is $120,000.

Lottery Regulations

DRAW SCHEDULE

Ticket sales will commence on Wednesday June 1st, 2022.

The grand prize draw will occur Saturday October 29th, 2022.

Three early-bird draws will occur.

The first early-bird draw will be conducted Friday, July 15, 2022.

The second early-bird draw will be conducted Sunday August 14th, 2022.

The third early-bird draw will be conducted Wednesday September 14th, 2022.

The grand prize draw will take place at Hagerty Garage & Social located at 1220 Corporate Drive, Burlington, ON and occur between 12 and 1 pm on the designated day.

The first early bird draw will take place at the “Seeing the Invisible” event at Royal Botanical Gardens, Hendrie Park located at 680 Plains Rd W, Burlington, ON and occur between 5 and 8 pm on the designated day.

The second early bird draw will take place at the Rotary Club of Burlington Central event, Lakeside a la Carte, located at Spencer Smith Park, 1400 Lakeshore Road, Burlington, ON and occur between 3 and 4 pm on the designated day.

The third early bird draw will take place at the Rotary Club of Burlington Central’s charitable golf event, at Carlisle Golf Club located at 523 Carlisle Rd., Carlisle ON and occur between 5 and 8 pm on the designated day.

The grand prize draw winner receives a 2022 Porsche Macan S valued at $111,528.40 (Including HST)

The grand prize, a 2022 Porsche Macan S, valued at $111,528.40, will be awarded to the winner on an unconditional ownership basis inclusive of all taxes, freight charges, pre-delivery inspection (PDI) costs and dealer fees. Winner of the grand prize must take delivery of vehicle as awarded and is responsible for licensing and insurance from the time of delivery/ownership. Delivery of the vehicle is at Porsche Centre Oakville, 2250 S. Service Rd., Oakville, Ontario.

The first early-bird draw winner receives a Brockamour Manor – Niagara-on-the-Lake Getaway Package for two valued at $3,740.84 (Including HST)

Brockamour Manor – includes a Master Suite, a Complimentary 3 Course Gourmet Breakfast, a Romance Package (30 minutes horse drawn carriage ride, two dozen roses, ice wine chocolates and a bottle of wine in the room), a $250 Voucher for Dinner at Treadwell Cuisine, a $500 Voucher for a wine country tour with Brewery Distillery Tours Niagara, a $250 Voucher for Tickets to the Shaw Festival Theatre, a $1000 Spa Voucher for the Pillar and Post Inn & Spa and a $500 Cash Travel Allowance. *

The second early-bird draw winner receives a Barbeques Galore Napoleon BBQ Package valued at $3,154.93 (Including HST)

This package includes a Napoleon Prestige Pro 500 RSI NG SS BBQ, Napoleon Pro 500 BBQ Cover, and three-piece tool kit. The winner will be responsible for providing a gas line meeting current code and of sufficient volume to support the BTU’s of the BBQ. Cost of connecting the BBQ to the gas line is not included in the prize value. Propane BBQ available if preferred.
Delivery and assembly of the BBQ will be provided if the winner is in the BBQ’s Galore Burlington delivery area. If the winner is outside the delivery area of BBQ’s Galore, Burlington, the BBQ and accessories will be delivered, unassembled, freight prepaid, via transport within Ontario.

The third early-bird draw winner receives a voucher for an Ultimate Exotics Driving Experience Package for two, a 6-Hour VIP Experience valued at $3,160.02 (Including HST)

Prize will include a 6-hour VIP experience for two including fuel and on-board recording starting in Hamilton, ON. You will explore over 200 turns, multiple escarpments, 2 elevation changes, 2 great lakes, scenic country roads and a waterfront gourmet lunch. A $500 Cash Travel Allowance is included. *

* all vouchers may be redeemed at the selected merchants, as awarded. Vouchers have no cash value, and the value of the voucher is up to the dollar amount noted.

Complete draw results will be published on the Porsche Lottery website (www.porschelottery.ca) and Facebook page not later than the day after the draw. All winners will be notified by phone, email, or mail within ten days of the draw and provided instructions on how to redeem their prize(s).

Prizes must be accepted as awarded.

The Brockamour Manor – Niagara-on-the-Lake Getaway package redemption period extends to 10/29/2023 (15 months), the BBQ’s Galore Napoleon BBQ package redemption period extends to 09/14/2022 (30 days), the Ultimate Exotics Driving Experience Package redemption period extends to 10/29/2024 (2 years), the Porsche Macan S, Grand Prize redemption period extends to 11/29/2022 (30 days).
By purchasing a lottery ticket, purchasers acknowledge that they have read, understand, and agree to the lottery rules and regulations. Ticket purchase implies consent for the Rotary Club of Burlington Central to release the winners’ name, municipality of residence, and likeness for promotional and official reporting purposes.

Ticket purchasers must be in the Province of Ontario and at least 18 years of age at time of ticket purchase. Tickets cannot be purchased in the name of persons under 18 years of age.

Current members of the Rotary Club of Burlington Central, and other persons or companies involved in the conduct and management of this raffle lottery are prohibited from purchasing a ticket.

In the unlikely event that the draw is postponed due to technical difficulty, power interruption, emergency, or other unforeseen event, the Rotary Club of Burlington Central will remedy the situation then conduct the draw and announce the winner at the earliest possible opportunity.
